Wedding Quilt

Granddaughter's Quilt

Nancy, your label did the trick!

When my granddaughter left for college, I wanted to give her something to remind her of home, like a hug when I couldn't be there. So, I made her a quilt.

On her first night, her friends gathered in her dorm room and loved the quilt on her bed. They liked the design and colors, but they were really surprised when one of them saw the QR code on the label. My granddaughter told them to scan it. One girl said it felt like opening a Christmas gift!

When they scanned the code, they saw a message from me, pictures of us from when she was growing up, and heard my voice sharing love, encouragement, and some special memories from her childhood.

Her friends were amazed by the quilt and how thoughtful it was. They said it was like hearing a voice from home. Suddenly, they all wanted one of my quilts so they could create their own stories.

Christmas Quilt

Who would have thought a quilt label could add so much excitement!

Last Christmas, I wanted to give my daughter something special that would remind her of me. I made her a Christmas quilt and added one of your labels.

On Christmas morning, she opened the quilt and loved the colors and patterns. But when I showed her the QR code, she got curious and scanned it with her phone, and that’s when the magic started.

Her phone showed a message from me and photos of us from holidays and other family memories. She heard my voice speaking to her, sharing love, wishes, and stories from past Christmases. She said it was the best gift ever!
